The delivery date on your order confirmation assumes our two-man delivery team or UPS are able to deliver to your address at the first attempt. Delays are possible if deliveries are held up due to nobody being at home, or through missed calls trying to arrange delivery. We will deliver to most zip codes within the time frame. However, if your address is in a remote location this may add further delays to your shipment. Delivery is subject to reasonable and safe access. If you have special delivery requirements or if you need to re-arrange a delivery date, it is your responsibility to advise us prior to your day of delivery.
Special Delivery Requirements:
Please contact us on 1-844-304-6777 (TOLL-FREE), or request a call back during checkout, to arrange for any special delivery requirements you may have prior to your delivery date. These may include but are not limited to: multiple flights of stairs; a long distance from the truck to the room into which the furniture will be delivered; or delivery to remote areas within our delivery area. Hoisting, window removal, and any other extraordinary measures necessary to accomplish delivery are your responsibility and at your risk, the cost of which must be paid by you at or before the time of delivery.
Re-arranging a Delivery Date:
To re-arrange a scheduled delivery date please contact us on 1-844-304-6777 (TOLL-FREE) at least three days before your delivery date and we will be happy to assist you in rescheduling your delivery. Please note, depending on the status of your order, fees may apply.
