Returns & Cancellations
We pride ourselves on room of choice delivery as standard and believe this is one of the reasons that sets us apart from our competitors. The shipping of heavy solid hardwood furniture is expensive. We are happy to offer a delivery service, however we have to recover some of the cost of any returns or cancellations for non-faulty items.

Cancellation within 48 hours of placing an order
You may cancel your order anytime within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation at no extra cost.
Cancellation after 48 hours of placing an order
We cannot accept cancellations after the 48 hour cancellation period, however you may return items under our Return Policy.
Rescheduling your delivery date
Should you need to reschedule the date of your delivery please call us on 1-844-304-6777 within 48 hours of receiving your delivery date, we will happily arrange a more suitable time for your delivery. If you need to reschedule the delivery of your item(s) after 48 hours of reviving your delivery date please call us on 1-844-304-6777 however, depending on the status of your order rescheduled delivery fees may apply.
7 day return period
We are confident you will be delighted with your furniture. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your order you may return item(s) by notifying us within 7 days of receiving delivery of your order. With the exception of damaged items or items that did not conform to your order in some material way, the costs of return shipping, handling and / or restocking fees will be at your expense.
We can only accept returns in the original packaging. Therefore, we caution you that if you open the box to examine the product, you must do so without damaging the box, packaging or the product in any way. If you do not have the original packaging a repackaging fee may apply.
If there is a problem with your order.
If in the rare occasion your items arrive damaged or if the items received did not conform to your order, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require assistance, please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order by calling us on 1-844-304-6777 or emailing email@example.com . We will require e-mailed photographs of the item(s) in question as well as a photograph of the product label
After the 7 day return period has expired, we cannot accept returns of any items purchased unless faulty.
Should we deem it impractical to offer a replacement product for any item that is damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to offer a repair, an allowance for a repair, or alternatively a refund for your purchase.
